Latest news:

26th January 2010 - Another year has gone by, and now I'm sitting in the restaurant with Sabine at Dragon Hut resort on Koh Phangan. Photos.....

25th December 2009 - Wow, the year has flown by (again)!! It's Christmas day and it's been a long time between updates! I had some major computer issues since the last one, and have been offline for a bit. Since last May I have met a nice girl from Furth im Wald, and since moved out of Furth im Wald?? Yes, Im a sucker for long distance relationships, but we have had lots of adventures in the meantime!! In September I was back in Australia, Dad has since visited Europe and now it is finally Christmas. Anyway, wish you all a wonderful Christmas and health and happiness for the new year. I have lots of news and photos for any and all interested....

16th May 2009 - Just spent three and a half weeks in Australia, man it was nice to be home! Even though I do this trip twice a year, this one was really something special. Having a bit more time than usual was great but the time with Callum, family and friends just made it gold. I started in Brisbane, spending Easter with Damion and Danielle and visiting Jason and Mandie. I then flew to Griffith via Sydney and Narrandera and spent a week at Ivanhoe, before returning to the coast for a couple of days with family and a quick visit to Richard and Kelly (and Kelly!). I only had three days to spend in Sydney, so I made the most of it (hi LnGnA, Kylie and Cara!) before flying down to Melbourne to set up for the Form and Function trade exhibition. The exhibition went very well (thanks Les and Craig), with a lot of interest shown by architects and the public in general. All the stories and pics are here....

5th April 2009 - OK, its been a while since I updated anything here, things have been rather hectic of late! I fly to Australia in 5 days for an overdue visit, spending time in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, not to mention Ivanhoe. I will have a stand at a trade exibition in Melbourne at the end of April, which is largely the reason why things have been so busy. The exhibition is called Form and Function and will showcase the latest developments in architechture and design, and will be the first time that the Australian public sees EControl's products. It will be exciting to show our work and to get some feedback from the Australian public.

Anyway, I spend the last few weekends away, firstly to Prague to meet a friend and to visit Andy and Illona in Langen (near Frnakfurt). The highlight however was a long-weekend trip to Winterthur in Switzerland, where I visited a friend I met in Thailand. The weekend was great (not just getting away from FiW) but was awesome to hang out with good people again (yes, it was largely getting away from FiW). Anyhow, the photos are here....

26th December 2008 - Belated merry Christmas to all, hope you fun wherever you are. I celebrated Christmas on the beach yesterday with friends and strangers alike, above is a pic of my current location. We bought some suppies in the food market in Thongsala, then our lovely hosts cooked up a bbq feast of prawns, fish, beef, pork and chicken...and a sangsom bucket to wash it down! Must sadly return to Germany tomorrow, but have many great memories. First photos are here, should be more within the week!

13th December 2008 - Winter has finally hit Furth im Wald! Am flying to Bangkok this evening for a week or so of relaxing on the beach, can't wait to ge away from this cold weather and swim in the ocean again. Wish you all a wonderful Christmas, will be back on the 28th December so maybe we can chat before New Years.

4th December 2008 - Finally the airports in Thailand have reopened, hope to be sitting on a beach in about a week and a half!

3rd December 2008 - Spent last weekend in England, visiting a friend that I havent seen in years...unfortunately didnt take any photos while there, but I have finally posted pics from my trip to Australia in October! Photos from Ireland are also linked below...

6th September 2008 - I just got back from 5 days in Dublin, what a blast! Had time for a little culture, music, some sightseeing and a pint or two of Guiness. Was a great getaway, met some great people and just relaxed in general.
